Lucha Xtreme (LX) is back on GFL as a weekly Sunday series and this week get ready to catch up on all things LX as everything centers on the upcoming iPPV where all LX titles will be on the line.

On the February 24 edition, Army veteran turned pro wrestler Matt Sparks takes on LJ Summers. Both wrestlers are looking for a W here and Sparks is determined to show Summers what respect is, even if he has to beat it out of him. Summers is brash, cocky and arrogant. Everything Sparks despises. This bout should be combustible.

More background on the rocky history of Lucha Xtreme World Champion AJ Kirsh and Brandon Groom’s feud leading into their heated match for the title gives newer fans a quick history lesson of recent feuds. In the main event, Groom is in action as he battles Crimson Plague in a bout that Groom needs to win if he is going to keep him momentum heading into his bout with Kirsh. Crimson Plague is not the type of wrestler to care about another man’s wants or needs and he will be ready to rain on Groom’s parade and spoil his party.
