The bull stock is provided by Kaehl Berg of Red Eye Rodeo one of the largest (and favorite) providers of rodeo stock in the state of Montana.

The event will include the bulls Badger Milk, Montana Livestock, and Straight Jacket.

Badger Milk is a big, black, bull with one flat horn and one big up; horn that horn scares a lot of the guys. He is rank, rares out of the chute. he’s been featured on the Built Ford Tough series¬† Montana’s young PBR bullrider, Jess Lockwood scored his 92 point ride on him.

Straight Jacket , son of the original Yellow Jacket, is yellow, nubby horns, really smart, been in the game a long time. most are done by 10, he’s 13.¬† EPB’s 2015 champion, Ryan Prophet, has been matched up 6 times with this bull and it’s gone the bulls way every time. This bull has been to the PBR World Finals

Montana Livestock is a little black bull, flat horns, super fast with a lot of kick; he went to the 2015 PBR World Finals.

Bullriders of note who are entered in the competition include:

Brandon Wallentine EPB’s 2015 #1 in Money earned and 3rd highest points.

Trevor Toomer, Cody, Cleve Spang,Taran Dixon, Bridger Fitzpatrick, Tristan O’Neal, Devon Mitchel were all in the Top Ten in money earned.

The Electric City Bull Bash runs Friday and Saturday, May 13 and 14. Doors open at 6 p.m. and competition kicks off at 7 p.m. Some of the more interesting bull riders include:

Tristan O’neal – Valier, MT — 18yr old senior in high school, started on mini-bulls at the age of 8. He is a 4x MHSRA State Finals Qualifier, an NRA Finals Qualifier, and has competed for Team Montana at the Junior High and the High School National Finals Rodeos. Tristan is a well-rounded Irish lad whose athletic interests extend well beyond bullriding; he has also been an integral part of his school’s football, track and golf teams.

Bridger Fitzpatrick – Polson, MT — 19yr old – started out riding mini bulls as a kid. Has competed in the Northern Rodeo Association Finals, and was Montana High School Rodeo’s 2015 Reserve Champion Bullrider, qualifying him to compete for Team Montana at the 2015 National High School Finals Rodeo.

Taran Dixon — Great Falls, MT — Born and raised in Great Falls, Taran is a professional firefighter who loves riding bulls because “there is nothing like it when it comes to extreme”. Taran has great passion and dedication to this sport.
