BJ Young vs. Phil Caracappa – Ring of Combat AM 22CLICK HERE TO WATCH LIVE

Both Ring of Combat and Dead Serious MMA have become a breeding ground for UFC prospects, so their co-promoted amateur event this weekend on GFL should not be looked over.

The card is headlined by three title fights, with BJ Young and Phil Caracappa taking top billing for their Featherweight battle.

Young is 4-0 thus far in his career, absolutely dominating each opponent he has faced. The only knock on the 23-year old would be his killer instinct, as he has only managed to finish one fighter inside the cage.

As for Caracappa, the 145-pound prospect has stayed busy since his debut in 2014, winning four out of his five fights in impressive fashion. In his last bout, the New Jersey native scored a vicious knockout just four seconds into the third round over Rob Fletcher.

This fight may very well be looked back upon in a few years from now if Young and Caracappa continue to impress inside the cage.

Who knows? Maybe both men are UFC bound. Only time will tell.
